1. Please check that the item retains its consumer properties, shows no signs of wear, and includes all original labels, packaging, and accessories. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set.
2. Pack the item(s) in the original branded bag or box and include the completed and signed return form.
3. You may print the form via this link or complete it by hand following the sample template.
4. Email us
clients@cerebrade.com, providing your full name, order number, a scan of the completed return form, and the reason for return.
5. Returns can be made at our atelier or via CDEK drop-off using the airway bill number provided by our manager.
Return shipping to the atelier is at the customer’s expense.
6. Refunds for items purchased in the online boutique (regardless of delivery method) are issued only to the bank account originally used for payment.
7. Please note: the time required for the refund depends on your bank’s processing speed and may take up to 30 banking days.
8. Refunds are issued excluding the original delivery cost, in accordance with Clause 4, Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation «On Consumer Protection» No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992.
8. The online boutique reserves the right to refuse a return if, after inspection, the item is found to be in non-original condition. In this case, the item will be returned to you after payment of shipping costs.
9. Returned items remain the property and responsibility of the customer until received and inspected by us. Please ensure secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.
10. Please do not use small boxes when returning coats, jackets, or blazers. Items shipped in unsuitable packaging lose their properties entirely and cannot be accepted for return.
